Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment for clients in an Intensive Outpatient Setting
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including group therapy, individual therapy, psychoeducation groups, and crisis management to clients with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders
  • Provide case management services as needed, including information, referral and linkages
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, social work and other practitioners to deliver comprehensive care to clients
  • Conduct group and individual interventions utilizing CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care
  • Communicate across departments to ensure comprehensive care and process clinical referrals
  • Obtain insurance authorizations and participate in utilization reviews
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation utilizing Electronic Health Records
  • Collaborate with providers, and other relevant supports to ensure excellent clinical care.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related healthcare field required

License - LSW/LAC required

LPC/LCSW preferred

We provide a variety of mental health services on an inpatient and outpatient basis, including intensive outpatient programs.
