Featured Benefits: <ul> <li>Committed to Team Member Health: offering medical, dental and vision coverage, and a robust team member wellness program.</li> <li>Retirement: Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions - starting on your first day.</li> <li>Tuition and Student Loan Assistance: offering up to $5,250 per year in education assistance and up to $10,000 for student loans.</li> <li>Mental Health Support: offering all Inova team members, their spouses/partners, and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions, per person, per year, at no cost.</li> <li>Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off, paid parental leave, flexible work schedules, and remote and hybrid career opportunities.</li> </ul> Behavioral Health Therapist II Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serves as a clinical leader and demonstrates the ability to assess and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders through a bio/psycho/social department specific and evidenced based assessment identifying patient and family goals and needs. </li> <li>Integrates assessments using information related to cultural, clinical, ethnic, age and other factors into the plan of care. </li> <li>Provides a range of therapeutic interventions, psycho-educational programming and behavioral interventions (when indicated) to assist the patient/family in achieving the goals and objectives of the individualized service plan.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Education: Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, EdD in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use Disorders or Behavioral Health related field.</li> <li>Experience: Two years of experience in mental health/substance use disorder treatment, psychoeducational programming including targeted, evidence-based interventions (crisis intervention, trauma, and integrative therapies).</li> <li>Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association within 3 months of hire. Crisis Prevention Institute within 6 months of hire. </li> <li>Licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP).</li> <li>Certification: Basic Life Support Within 3 Months.
