Note andreport any changes in patient's condition. Turn and position patients,set up an d feed patients as necessary, provide patients with freshdrinking water. Perform fingersticks for blood glucosetesting, with appropriatetraining , document and notify RN/LPN.Assist with admission, discharge, and trans portation of patients. Followstandard precautions and use personal prote ctive equipment as required.Collect, deliver and conduct routine tests o npatient specimens.
